High Point 55+ Golf Community on Florida’s beautiful Nature Coast was established in 1974 when this area of Florida was still mostly undiscovered by the majority of people seeking the Florida lifestyle.  In the years since, our community and the surrounding area have grown to where we can no longer be considered “Florida’s best kept secret.”

Over the years, High Point has been well served by Boards of Directors who have established Replacement and Capital Improvement Funds to ensure an ambitious program of replacement, repairs and rejuvenation as well as the addition of popular amenities.  Now in our fifth decade, we are better than ever with new homes still being brought into the community and a new generation of residents enjoying an active Florida lifestyle.
