HOA Dues Payment

HOA dues can now be paid at the office, by mail or through the Vantaca system by clicking on home.brooksvillehighpoint.net.

This system will eventually provide residents with various functions to be done from the comfort of your home.

Please note that Vantaca will collect a service fee for credit card and check online payments.

LATE HOA DUES AND RETURNED CHECK FEES Beginning 7/1/25 the following shall apply:

Late Fees:

Any HOA Assessments received after the 10th of the month shall incur a $10.00 late fee.

Returned Check Fees:

Check amount

$49 or less $25.00

$50-$299 $30.00

$300 or greater $40.00 or 5% of face value of check, whichever is greater
