SAND HILL SCOUT LAND HEARING The public hearing on the proposed homes coming to the Sand Hill Scout land has been slated for Tuesday, October 6, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. The location will be at the Nativity Lutheran Church; 6363 Commercial Way; Weeki Wachee FL 34613. All interested residents should attend this meeting to voice any concerns on this massive planned development for our area.

THREE STORY AFFORDABLE HOUSING NEAR HIGH POINT The Board of Directors has been recently informed of a three story 140 unit of planned “affordable housing” apartments to be located on the land west of Vista Park apartments and behind Mike’s Auto Body shop. This parcel is adjacent to our residents on Fairlane Avenue. We will keep you informed as we learn more details of this planned apartment complex.

CPR CLASS INFO On Monday, October 5, 2026 our CPR class will be held at the Baltic Street office between the hours of 9a-12noon, 1p-4p. If you signed up already, then you have been contacted for your time slot. If you didn’t sign up and wish to, please contact the High Point office right away and we will try to accommodate you.

Important Information For Those Reserving The Community Center

Please note that once your reservation form for use of the Community Center has been approved any modifications must be directed to Lisa Shaver at the office. Remember that Harold or Keith can only do what is shown on the reservation form.

As much as we know people like to help keep in mind that only employees of HPCPO may set up or take down chairs and tables.
